This item adopted the taper clamping roller, and the two terminals has the same linear speed with the inner and outer ring of the die, thus the malposition friction between the gear and the die will disappear, and reduced the resistance , brought down the kinetic energy wastage, extend the service life of the die and reduced the cost of production.

2.The clamping roller was set in uniform distribution and working steady, and this item has simultaneously add the pressed district and improved the production efficiency.

3.With the screw centered voltage regulation structure, the die gap can be adjusted to fit different materials ,and the pressing effect can be assured.

4Granulation chamber were equipped with observation door to convenient for the momentarily maintenance.

5.This model has various die aperture with the diameter of Φ1.5-Φ20mm to fit different materials granulation and reach the optimization.

Application

It can be used for the over sized fibers granulation, (eg., wooden meal, rice hull, cotton seed hull, weed and various crops fodder , waste material of the factory, etc),the granulation of low adhesive rate, difficult molded materials, it also can be used for the low temperature granulation for the biology bacterial manune, organic fertilizer ,compound fertilizer, and so on .

The material can be feed in and out dry without the process of drying, (the material water moisture are no less than the national export water moisture standard, 13%).

Installed with the differential, universal joint drive, motor or diesel.
